Emily Rhimes who was born in Hull, Yorkshire on 17 Feb 1881 was twenty months younger than Florence. Emily married Edmund “Ted” Carter on 14 Oct 1905. George and Florence were in England when Emily and Ted married and also for the birth of at least their first child, Alonzo who was born in 1906. Other children that followed were Jesse (b. 1908), Lewis (b. 1910), Donald (b. 1911) and Dorothy (b. 1913).
Both Emily and Ted died in Bridlington, Yorkshire and are buried in the cemetery at that place.
Dorothy looks to be about three years old, so I presume the picture was taken circa 1916.
